Group Tours

Group tours of the OK Humane Adoption Center are available Tuesday through Friday. They are a great opportunity to become familiar with the work of the Central Oklahoma Humane Society.

  • We request that group tours be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Groups must consist of 20 people or less (this includes chaperones).
  • The minimum age for groups is 8 years old.
  • All groups under 18 must include adult chaperones. It is preferred that groups of children ages 8-12 include one adult chaperone for every 5 children and that teens ages 13-18 include one adult chaperone for every 8 teens.
  • Tours are provided free of charge; however, monetary and in-kind donations are always appreciated.
  • Tours last from 45 minutes to an hour.
  • Tours include supervised visitation with some adoption animals.
  • Group chaperones must make appropriate arrangements for individuals with allergies.
