SB 1712 has passed the Legislature (see the rundown in previous blog posts), but it must be signed by Governor Brad Henry before it becomes a law.
As a last-ditch effort, the breeders, puppy millers and others who oppose SB 1712 are hitting the Governor with a full-court press today.
We have come so far, and are so close to victory for animals with this bill! We cannot let it slip away now.

Ask him to please sign SB 1712 into law.
